Anne-Louise Lindner and Paul Podbury are the newly elected joint presidents of Woodend-Hesket Football Netball Club for the next 12 months.<\/p>\n
The ground breaking move to elect co-presidents occurred at the club\u2019s annual meeting last week.<\/p>\n
James Chettle did not seek re-election for a further term as president, and was thanked for the power of work he has done to help the Hawks in various ways.<\/p>\n
Lindner is the club\u2019s first-ever female president, and in conjunction with Podbury, they will be looking to move the club forward as a united front, setting an example in regards to equality.<\/p>\n
For the first time in the club\u2019s history there are five females on the committee.<\/p>\n
After the co-presidents were elected, Rupert Miranda became vice-president, and Andrew Makin secretary.<\/p>\n
Football manager, Andy Wilson.<\/p>\n
Netball coordinator, Kellie Duff.<\/p>\n
General committee members are Mel Rundle, Luke Bourke, Lachlan \u2018EJ\u2019 Whitton, Ty Coppinger, Chloe Galakos, Tom Gawthrop.<\/p>\n
