Playing with his dad Paul, Trentham junior golfer Harrison Kenton-Barnes, 17, scored a hole-in-one in his very first competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Playing off a handicap of 31 in the midweek monthly medal stroke event last Thursday, Harrison aced the 120-metre par-3 13th hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only did he score the hole-in-one, he also came runner-up in the C-grade competition on the day with a nett 69.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a consequence, his handicap has gone down by five strokes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harrison joined Trentham at the start of October and put his three cards in for handicap. He received his handicap to play competitions three weeks before his ace.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
